How do I get my inclusions to you?

Once your order has been placed you will be sent a detailed email with all instructions. Please  leave the correct email in checkout. 


Can I include more than one inclusion? 

- Of course! Leave your info in the Contact tab and I’ll email you details. 

 

What if I decide I need a different ring size?

Please be sure of your ring size before ordering. I can not cancel or change your order if you order an incorrect size. Amazon has very cheap ring sizers for sale and most jewelry stores will size you for free. Please leave your email in the Contact Us tab if you have an ordering issue. If you are dropping off locally I can size you when you drop. Please email me if you plan on getting sized at drop off. 

Will the plating wear off on my ring?

Any gold/rose gold plated piece will eventually show signs of wear. The plating will wear off and show the silver underneath. How fast this happens depends on wear and how you care for you, but it is inevitable. Jewelers can replate the ring for you, but that is not a service I offer. If you are not wanting to replate your ring in the future, stick with 925 sterling silver. If you are wanting a gold colored piece and not wanting to replate in the future consider investing in a 14k piece. 

Will my ring tarnish? 

Sterling silver (even the 925) will tarnish over time. The more you wear the ring the less likely it is to tarnish due to the oils on our skin. Avoid things like germ-x, pools with chlorine, and any chemicals to prevent the tarnish. Tarnish can be removed multiple ways. A good “at home” way is a whitening toothpaste and old t-shirt. Place a pea sized amount of toothpaste on the T-shirt and polish the ring for 5 mins. 

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled up to 24 after placing your order. You will receive 100% refund. After 24 hours you will receive 50% refund and also charged a $20 cancellation fee.

 

My order arrived damaged! Help! 

- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact me. I want to make sure your keepsake is perfect. You have a grace period of 3 days from delivery date to let me know if anything is wrong with your order. 

Once you contact me I will pay for a shipping label for you to ship your order back to me. From there I will work with you to figure out what needs to be done. I will always offer an exchange, but please understand I can not offer a refund. Once the label has been paid for and sent to your email you MUST ship your order to me within 14 days. After 14 days you forfeit your right to an exchange.
